Advanced Brain Training

Ideally, you’re coming into this training having already studied Train Your Brain. It’s not absolutely necessary that you’ve done so, but if you have completed Train Your Brain, it will be really useful in understanding the concepts presented in this training.

As you likely already know, Train Your Brain focused on making change by using the Conscious Mind. You interrupt the Cycle of Perpetual Sameness by using your Conscious Mind.

In Advanced Brain Training, I’m going to give you methods for making change using the other two stops on the Cycle of Perpetual Sameness – change at the unconscious level and change at the behavior level.
